Terms & Conditions

Only delegates who are employed directly with a Terminal Operator are entitled to free access to the TOC Conference. If a company is involved in different business activities, then the delegate must work directly for the Terminal Operator division in order to qualify for a free place.

We reserve the right to withdraw this payment format at any time.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations: What happens if you want to cancel?
Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reallocate your place. Failure to inform us of non-attendance could lead to you being barred from attending TOC Conferences as a free delegate in the future.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. In the unfortunate incident that the event is cancelled, Informa is not liable for any costs incurred by the delegates in conjunction with their attendance.
This contract is subject to English Law.

Accommodation
