Venue & Location

Venue

TOC Asia 2010 will be returning to the site 2007 event in Shanghai - Shanghai International Convention Centre.

Shanghai International Convention Centre is the venue for TOC Asia 2010

The centre is located in the top area of Lu Zui Zone, Pudong Area, Shanghai's Financial and Trade Zone. This makes the centre accessible from all parts of the city.

Location

The Port of Shanghai, located in the vicinity of Shanghai, comprises a deep-sea port and a river port. In 2005, with a total of 443 million tons of cargo transported, it became the world's busiest port by cargo tonnage for the first time and is projected to become the world's busiest container port within the next two years.

"China is without doubt the most important player in terms of global export and we believe it will pioneer Asia's recovery from the economic downturn. TOC Asia covers topics from all over the continent and not just from China. As many international organisations already have existing business in the region, we have decided to return to Shanghai next year for TOC Asia 2010." Paul Holloway, Event Director, TOC Events Worldwide
