Visa Letters

If you need a VISA please contact Caroline Hunt on caroline.hunt@toc-events.com before 19th of February 2010 so we can issue you a letter that you need to apply for your VISA with the Chinese embassy in your country. After the 19th of February 2009 you will have to contact the hotel where you will be staying to get your Visa letter issued.
