Dr. Stefan Wiech is an IT consultant at HPC Hamburg Port Consulting GmbH, an independent subsidiary of HHLA Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (Hamburg Port and Logistics Corporation), the largest and most diversified port operating company in Hamburg.

He is part of the project management team of the Container Terminal Burchardkai (CTB) conversion and automation project in Hamburg. Besides the project management he works in the fields of quality assurance and requirements engineering. He is specialized in complex tailored terminal operating system renewals and integrations during productive terminal operation.

Dr. Wiech was also assigned part of the project team for the detailed specification of the future operational processes and of the requirements for the future terminal operating system for the Khalifa Port project in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Wiech holds a PhD in Mathematics, University of Muenster.
